Product details
LINN Surface Aerator 0.40 kW – 40 m Cable
The LINN 0.40 kW surface aerator is designed to provide efficient oxygenation and water circulation in ponds, lakes, fish ponds and aquaculture installations.
With a high water flow rate of up to 120 m³/h, this aerator creates strong surface movement and promotes gas exchange between the water and the air. This helps support oxygen levels while reducing stagnant areas.
With an active area of up to approximately 20 metres in diameter, this surface aerator is particularly suitable for larger ponds, fish ponds, breeding tanks and other water bodies requiring strong water circulation.

Recommended uses
- Improve oxygen levels in ponds and lakes
- Create strong water circulation
- Reduce stagnant water areas
- Support fish during warm periods or when oxygen demand increases
- Improve water movement in breeding tanks and aquaculture installations
For optimum performance, a minimum water depth of 60 cm must be maintained around the unit.
Proper use of the unit
This equipment is a surface aerator. During installation and operation, the motor must always remain above the float and out of the water.
The float is designed to keep the unit correctly positioned at the water surface. The aerator must therefore never be fully immersed or submerged, including as a result of incorrect anchoring, significant changes in water level or unusual conditions in the pond.
Submerging the motor may cause electrical or mechanical damage and is considered use outside the normal operating conditions of the unit.
